In the agency world, I grew immensely as a designer and creative professional—overseeing large-scale projects at a rapid-fire pace—but it also came with serious sacrifices to my health and well-being. That experience inspired me to launch Goodwell: an alternative that values focus, creativity, and balance over burnout.
